Hello my name is Reba Shields and I am with Primera Arizona division. Today we are having a grand opening party for Retail Remodeler showroom. This showroom is specifically designed for custom builders, general contractors, designers as well as our retail customers. General Contractors will be able to show case not only the products that primera provides such as flooring, counter tops, cabinetry but also plumbing, lighting door and trim packages as well as wall texturing. Authorize contractors will have access to these showrooms on weekends, evenings as well to the conference rooms in which they will hold meeting with their buyers. Our retail remodel showroom show some of today’s most popular and newest floor coverings. Buyers can see multiple pattern installs and products that range from porcelain to stone to engineered wood and even cork flooring. The hard surface countertops in this showroom really demonstrate what Primera can do with our independent fabrication shop. We have several materials on display including cords, cord sides, granite, marble and even travertine. The edge-detail shown are works of art and would look beautiful in any home. To make this showroom unique primera has partnered with several vendors to show additional products. General contractors and designers using our showroom will be able to view most popular lightening options which will be provided by Hacienda Lighting and plumbing fixtures provided by FarnsWorth that will be able to show difference between various wall textures and installations methods as well as door and trim packages by Younger Brothers. Lastly they will be able to utilize professional conference room for meetings with their clients

Residential Remodel

Hi I am Jason Heilbrun, vice president of sales for Primera Phoenix Division. Today we are at Remodel Project on summer drive in Scottsdale, Arizona. This home was a foreclosure and was originally listed for 500 thousands dollars. Let’s take a look at the renovation.

Hi my name is Mike Nichols with Cajn Custom Homes. I was contracted to do the renovation on a summit project. Working closely with Chris Meyer our goal was to get this job back on the market in a time and manner for our investors.

There was a scope of project including demolition of the existing entertainment center, demolition of the old flooring, removing doors that have been damaged by the previous owners. The project included:

• New slate flooring 24x24
• New carpeting in the bedrooms
• New wood flooring in the dining room, living room and the office area
• We also did 12x12 slate surround bath in the office bath
• In addition to the new slate flooring through out, we also installed the new glass and travertine 1x1 flooring in the master bath
• And we also did extensive landscaping
• Reared the project included new turf and upgrading the swimming pool.

Now after a renovation, this home is now listed over 800 thousands dollars with less than 120 thousands dollars invested for upgrades. So whether you are in the market for the residential remodel for the commercial tenet improvement Primera is looking forward for hearing from you.

Hello I am Reba Shields with Primera Interiors in Arizona Division. Today I am extremely excited to show you one of our newest projects, the penthouses at 44 Monroe. Working with Bjork Builders, we are proud to be a part of creating some most beautiful living spaces in all of down town Phoenix. The contemporary design and urban feel of this project make it truly unique and worth an in-depth look.

Primera supplied and installed all the flooring, wall tile, and the countertops for the penthouses at 44 Monroe. All countertops in kitchens and mounts are fabricated with new Samsung Radianz Quartz slabs from Arizona Tile, with the contemporary laminated edge detail. Our flooring scope included the supply and installation of all patterned tile work and luxury Berber carpet. We are particularly proud of our wall tile installation as you can see all wall tiles in intrecatly designed and precisely detailed. What you can’t see is the Kerdi system which we use in all shower to provide extra protection from moisture to keeping production time low.

Bjork Builders is a residential and commercial contractor that has been building here in the valley for 25years now. One of the best things about working for Bjork is their ability to work on a wide range of projects including this exciting project that we have been working down here at 44Monroe, the scope of this project entail building 8 penthouse suits ranging in size from 23 hundred to 28 hundred sq. feet. This is located right in the heart of down town Phoenix, we are adjacent Chase field, there is fantastic view of the mountains, you can see all the way to the University of Phoenix, Stadium.

As we look back to this past year Primera continue to grow by making acquisitions in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. We’ve welcome many talented people to our team with many years of experience and it makes great strides to add of our all product lines of cabinets, flooring, countertops and window covering in each market.

As we move forward into 2012 our customers can expect that we will be focused on delivering value. We will introduce exciting new products, implement new systems and technology, meanwhile, keeping our focus to deliver exceptional service. We will continue our expansion efforts in the new markets and ensure that all of our design centers in each market have the capability to provide selection services for all interior products.

Some of Primera’s 2011 highlights include significant acquisitions such as Adam Brothers Interiors in Phoenix, Arizona, Cabinetry in Showcase and Showcase remodeling in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado and B&H interiors in Los Vegas, Nevada.

Primera Interiors Kimpton Hotel @ CityScape

Hello, I am Rebbeca Sheilds with Primera Interiors in Arizona division. Today we would like to welcome you to our current commercial project that we have going on in CityScape Town, in heart of down town Phoenix – The Kimpton Hotel. Why don't we take a look inside.

Hey! I am Jeff Moloznik, from RED Development, development manager for CityScape project and General Manager. CityScape in a nutshell is just about everything you can think being in the downtown. It include office space, retail space, entertainment space, out-door space, a public park, a hotel eventually residential compound that will be on the top of the hotel which is about 240 apartment units and its a truly authentic unique urban experience that city of Phoenix and all of Arizona has yet to really find anywhere. In the first three levels Primera handled the installation of carpet, Vinyl composite tile and coax base. Recently Primera scope of work has been extended to include Hardwood floors in multiple areas as well as Patio tiles, Porcelain tiles and Granite thresholds. Vertical tiles is installed over wide-pool system at the showers and we also installed all wall base.

Primera Veritas Project

Hey, I am Rebbeca Sheilds with Primera Interiors in the Arizona division. Today, I am very excited to show you one of our very recent projects VERITAS a luxury town community located in McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale Arizona. Lets go inside and take a look.

VERITAS is an intimate enclave of only 36 unique European inspired town house located in 8333 E. Via Paseo Del Norte in heart of Scottsdale and desirable McCormick Ranch.

VERITAS features open 2 and 3 bedroom plans, ranging from over 1500 square-feet to over 2000 square-feet. From the first moment when you arrive down our cobblestone street, pass the peaceful fountain, lush landscaping and Mediterranean architecture, you will feel transported to a tiny European village and you know you are at some place special. You'd doesn’t at the front door. Each home at VERITAS features a light open plan with airy balconies, hardwood flooring, granite or slide-stone kitchen counters, viking range microwaves, Bosh dishwashers and panel refrigerators. Spacious bathrooms including luxurious limestone's counters, flooring and surrounds. All houses offers plenty of storage and a 2 car direct access garage.

Primera scope of work also included all tile work with in the town houses. This ranges from tile flooring to beautiful tile surrounds in the bathrooms, full height backsplashes in the kitchens and decorative tile sculpt work at the stair cases and fire places. With only 36 homes available only a lucky few will be able to call VERITAS home.
