Hi I am Jason Heilbrun, vice president of sales for Primera Phoenix Division. Today we are at Remodel Project on summer drive in Scottsdale, Arizona. This home was a foreclosure and was originally listed for 500 thousands dollars. Let’s take a look at the renovation.

Hi my name is Mike Nichols with Cajn Custom Homes. I was contracted to do the renovation on a summit project. Working closely with Chris Meyer our goal was to get this job back on the market in a time and manner for our investors.

There was a scope of project including demolition of the existing entertainment center, demolition of the old flooring, removing doors that have been damaged by the previous owners. The project included:

• New slate flooring 24x24
• New carpeting in the bedrooms
• New wood flooring in the dining room, living room and the office area
• We also did 12x12 slate surround bath in the office bath
• In addition to the new slate flooring through out, we also installed the new glass and travertine 1x1 flooring in the master bath
• And we also did extensive landscaping
• Reared the project included new turf and upgrading the swimming pool.
